At Print Junkie we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. All of our products are made to order and shipped from facilities located in the United States whenever possible.
Processing Time
Each item is printed on demand, which means production begins after your order is placed.

Processing time: 2–7 business days

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

During peak seasons or high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped using standard U.S. shipping methods.

Total estimated delivery time: 5–14 business days from the date your order is placed
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or holiday demand.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination. Any available shipping promotions or free shipping offers will be applied automatically at checkout.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Multiple Items / Multiple Packages
Because our products are fulfilled through Printify's network of U.S. production partners, items in the same order may sometimes ship separately and arrive in different packages. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to:

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at PrinyJunkie.support@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help before the order enters production.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at PrintJunkie.support@gmail.com. We'll work with Printify and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
